The somewhat different winter is coming to an end. We were lucky enough to host and entertain guests for a few weeks, albeit on a very reduced scale.
This hotel routine did us all good. The routine, the illuminated rooms in the evening, the culinary aromas from the kitchen, the few but satisfied guests. All the things that are taken for granted in a hotel, but were suddenly no longer possible. In this second part of "des sein mir" (= South Tyrolean for "that's us"), Fabian Dalpiaz shows us a portrait of the four of us and breathtaking shots of the Seiser Alm in winter. A review of what a "normal" winter is like here at the Hotel Ritsch, focussing on what makes us special. We are delighted to share it with all our friends and guests. Especially as we were unfortunately unable to welcome many of you this winter. So we are all the more looking forward to your comments, likes and messages.
Of course, special thanks must go to Fabian Dalpiaz. Your diligence and attention to detail make "des sein mir II" an extremely worthy successor.
