Steffi Malfertheiner, junior host at Hotel Ritsch, has a deep passion for yoga and trained professionally as a yoga instructor. She regularly offers classes for our guests, including a weekly sunrise session and, in summer, a dedicated yoga week.

How do you truly switch off? Have a proper lie in, ease into the day with a yoga session (mats are available to borrow), and then simply follow your mood. A hike or a ski run? A bike tour or a gentle stroll followed by a sun-soaked rest on our terrace? Up here on the alpine pastures, the soul has all the space it needs to breathe...

Our yoga instructor Steffi guides you not only in courses at the hotel but also online: in her yoga videos, you can get involved and practice whenever you wish - comfortably in your room, at home, or on the move.
