- Check-in from 3:00 pm; please notify us if arriving after 6:00 pm
- Check-out by 10:30 am.
- Breakfast buffet with farm products and freshly prepared egg dishes
- Daily changing evening menu including salad and vegetable buffet and vegetarian options
- On Sundays and public holidays: 6-course gala dinner
- Á-la-carte lunch and afternoon coffee and cakes available at an extra charge
- A retreat featuring a Tyrolean “Stube” sauna, hay sauna, relaxation area and fresh-air terrace
- Open daily from 2:30pm -6:30 pm
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel
- Heated ski or hiking locker for every room
- In winter: direct access to the cross-country trail and on-site cross-country ski rental
Unfortunately, dogs are no longer allowed in our house. Regular guests whose dogs we already know are still welcome to bring them along. Surcharge: € 30 per day, food not included.
- Arrival by car is permitted thanks to a driving authorisation you will receive from us.
- The Alpe di Siusi has a general driving ban from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. As our guest, you may drive the road from Compatsch to the hotel each day until 10:00 am and from 5:00 pm onwards. On arrival and departure days, there are no time restrictions.
- One free underground parking space per room.
All prices are per person, per night, for a minimum stay of three nights, including all taxes and charges except the local tourist tax of € 3.00 per person per day from 14 years of age. From 7 nights onwards: 10% discount; fewer than 3 nights: 15% surcharge. Single room supplement: 50%.
- 0-2 years: -90%
- 3-5 years: -60%
- 6-12 years: -30%
- 13-18 years: -20%
- Children’s discounts apply when two full-paying adults share the room.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. There is no withdrawal right in the sense of the consumer protection code - however, we grant the following cancellation terms:
- from 60 days before arrival: 20% of the total price
- from 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- from 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- less than 7 days before arrival, early departure or no-show: 90% of the total price
