Our culinary pleasures

A delicious rhythm for each holiday day

As our guests, you may choose between bed & breakfast or half board. Help yourself to the breakfast buffet in the morning; in the evening we serve a daily changing menu with a generous salad and vegetable buffet. On Sundays and feast days, a special gala dinner awaits. Our cuisine draws on the great classics of both Alpine and Mediterranean traditions; every dish is freshly prepared from high-quality ingredients - many of them sourced from our own farm.

Dinner is served!

Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10 am. In the evening we welcome you to the dining room between 6.30 and 7.30 pm to enjoy our dinner menu.

Alpine–Mediterranean

This means that hearty goulash and dumplings feel as natural in our kitchen as pasta and risotto. South Tyrolean cooking has handed down rustic, nourishing dishes; the Mediterranean touch brings lightness and variety.

Farm products

Beef and game, milk, butter and ice cream, sourdough bread, syrups, juices and liqueurs, as well as a colourful array of herbs all come from our own production. You can taste the difference - and it tastes good in every sense.
