Our wine list includes more than 120 labels from Alto Adige, Italy and the wider world. A sparkling South Tyrolean spumante as an aperitif, a crisp white or full-bodied red with your main course, or a beguiling sweet wine to finish - we will gladly recommend the perfect drop for every moment and taste.
In South Tyrol, 98% of wine growing land is DOC-certified - the highest density in all of Italy. We also boast the highest vineyard sites in Europe. Look forward to complex, aromatic wines!

Winegrowing in South Tyrol
Around 5,000 winegrowers - most of them small family producers - cultivate excellent wines across more than 5,000 hectares in South Tyrol. White wines predominate slightly. The most beloved varieties include Pinot Grigio, Gewürztraminer, Vernatsch, Lagrein and Pinot Noir. Vineyards sit between 200 and 1,000 metres above sea level, and many estates have embraced organic or biodynamic production.
