Breathe in the high altitude
At 2,000 metres, the air is cleaner and contains fewer pollutants and allergens than in the valley - especially beneficial for allergy sufferers and asthmatics. The slightly reduced oxygen level leads, over time, to improved endurance. A stay at moderate altitude, such as on the Alpe di Siusi, can reduce inflammation, soothe skin and respiratory conditions, and strengthen the immune system.
