The “Jungen Alpler” is an organisation founded in 2014 that runs the existing events on the Alpe di Suisi and thinks up new events. This union is mainly composed of the young generation on the alpine pasture, including my sister Steffi and myself.
Once a year, the “Jungen Alpler” organise the open-air “Tabbla Toò” gourmet event for around 100 guests. With a 360° view of the Dolomites, we serve up to eight courses and suitable South Tyrolean wines.
We also take care of catering for guests and spectators at other events such as the annual Moonlight Classic Cross-Country Skiing Race, the ZDF Television Garden on Tour or the Italian Giro d’Italia bicycle tour.
Together with the Moonlight Classic, we donated € 1,200 to the South Tyrolean Sports Aid in 2017, true to the motto “the next generation for the next generation”.
For us as the next generation of the Alpe di Suisi, it is about showing solidarity as well as having fun in achieving something together.
