With our new Summer 2026 wine list, we would like to take you on exactly this journey.
Each season, we create a new cover that is more than simply beautiful. It tells a story. It is meant to spark curiosity, bring a smile to your face or awaken memories – just like a fine wine.
More than 100 Wines – Carefully Selected
Every bottle on our wine list has been chosen with great care by our Sommelière Steffi. Not simply because of a well-known name, but for its personality, its origin and its character.
Many of our wines come from South Tyrol, our home. From small family-run wineries as well as renowned estates. They reflect everything that makes our region so special: alpine freshness, Mediterranean influences and winemakers who practise their craft with genuine passion.
