The mountains are calling - and they want to be explored! Full and fortified from breakfast, set off on foot directly from our Alpe di Siusi accommodation. On your hike, you are always surrounded by the gentle, rolling landscape of the Alpe di Siusi, with the Dolomite peaks framing the horizon.

Back at Hotel Ritsch after your hike, our two saunas are waiting for you - the Tyrolean Stube sauna and the hay sauna. As you unwind, enjoy a herbal tea and watch our cows returning from the pastures. 

As the Dolomites glow in the evening light, we invite you to a delicious dinner in our dining room, featuring homemade specialities from Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine. Your perfect day ends with the sunset on the terrace, reserved exclusively for our overnight guests from late afternoon.

Enjoy a Wild Craft gin and tonic from the Alpe di Siusi to round off the day. This unique gin, distilled right on the Alpe di Siusi, contains only the finest herbs and pure Dolomite water, with flavours of moss, larch shoots and mountain yarrow. Join us and raise a glass!
