4th Edition of Tabbla Toò

On September 3rd 2017, South Tyrol's youngest gastronomy team will be organising the gourmet event “Tabbla Toò” on the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm. My sister Steffi and me are also part of the team and we're looking forward to the 4th edition of this special event.
“Tabbla Toò” is the dialectical name for the French “table d’hôte”, a set menu with few choices. Interpreted in a new light, it has now become the ultimate in gourmet open-air meal experiences on the Alpe di Siusi.
The 4th edition takes place near the edge of a forest on the Alpe di Siusi. The guests will enjoy delicious plates, excellent wines and the hearty service of the "Junge Alpler".
